Bulldogs Fight Hard in Close Contest Against Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology
Paramus, NJ — Despite a valiant effort, the Bergen Community College men's basketball team fell just short in a thrilling matchup against Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology on Saturday, November 23. The Bulldogs dropped the game 85-80, bringing their record to 0-7 for the season.
Bergen showcased a balanced offensive attack, with standout performances from key players. Amire Walker led the Bulldogs with an impressive all-around game, tallying 17 points, 8 assists, and 2 steals in 30 minutes. Louis Sosa added 16 points and 5 rebounds, while Matthew Kelleher contributed 12 points, shooting a perfect 4-for-4 from beyond the arc.
The Bulldogs displayed strong shooting from three-point range, converting 81.8% of their attempts, including a perfect first half.
