Bryant & Stratton men's basketball wins foul fest
Bobcats collect win over WolfPack; both teams combine for 65 fouls
MILWAUKEE — The Bryant & Stratton College's men's basketball team (22-5) and Madison College (18-4) faced each other for the second time this season.
The first time both squads met this season, Bryant & Stratton handed the No. 16-ranked team a 40-point loss at home.
However, Thursday's matchup was more tightly contested, and it even saw No. 20 Madison College jump out to a six-point lead (18-12) in the first five minutes. Both teams were neck and neck throughout the first half, and the Bobcats led by one point at halftime.

The Bobcats came out of the break on fire and led by seven (54-47) ealry in the second half. The Bobcats lead grew to 12 and they wouldn't give up the lead for the rest of the night. It was much-needed win, following a tough loss on the road at South Suburban.

Jabi Alberto and Wandy Munoz scored 15 points. Karter Seawright also scored 15 and grabbed 12 rebounds. Malcolm Day scored 14, with 12 coming in the second half. Vontez Dent scored 13 and Keith Robinson rounded out the scoring with 1
George Whaley IV led Madison College with 23 points.
Key Stat: The Bobcats shot 69.1% (38-55) from the free-throw line.
Notable:
- This was Seawright's second double-double of the season.
- For the second time in three games, Day recorded 14 points.
- Munoz recorded 10-plus points for the third time.
- Chuck Ruffing recorded his 45th win of his career at Bryant & Stratton.
