The Bryant & Stratton Bobcats finsihed the rematch of last year's second-round matchup against the Dolphins losing two games to one.
In game one, the Bobcats had trouble keeping up with the Dolphins in a 10-1 loss.
- A ground out by Nelson Zapata put Bobcats on the board in the top of the first.
- A home run to center field gave Dolphins the lead, 2-1, in the bottom of the first.
- The Dolphins added one run in the second after a single down the left-field line.
- The Dolphins scored five runs on seven hits in the bottom of the third inning.
- Elias Hicks took the loss for Bobcats lasting two and two-thirds innings, giving up seven runs on nine hits, striking out one and walking two.
- Zapata led the team with one RBI while Brandon Ostalaza led the Bobcats with the lone hit of one in three at-bats.
In game two, the Bobcats returned the feeling to the Dolphins with a dominant performance behind Bishop Quarles's clutch hitting.
- Quarles singled in the second inning, scoring two runs, and singled in the third inning, scoring two.
- The Bobcats got on the board in the top of the first inning after the Dolphins committed an error, and Chris Johnson doubled down the left field line, each scoring one run.
- The Dolphins made the score 3-2 in the bottom of the first after a single, scored one run, and a homer to center field, scored two runs.
- The Bobcats recaptured the lead, 5-3, in the top of the second when Quarles singled, scoring two runs, and Diego Melendez grounded out, scoring one run.
- The Bobcats added to their lead in the top of the third inning when Juandel Mejia Mena doubled, scoring one run, Gage Treadway induced Ben Malone to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored, and Quarles singled, scoring two runs.
- Casey Proctor earned the win for the Bobcats, surrendered three hits and three runs (two earned) over six innings, striking out nine and walking five.
- The Bobcats amassed 15 hits in the game. Johnson, Hunter Adams, and Quarles each collected three hits while Nelson Zapata and Mejia Mena each collected multiple hits. Johnson, Quarles, and Malone each stole multiple bases and the Bobcats stole 10 bases in the game.
In the final game with the series on the line, the Dolphins defeated the Bobcats handily 11-1.
