Paramus, NJ-For the first time since 2014, Bergen Community College women's soccer team has clinched a coveted spot in the Region 19 playoffs, solidifying their position with a commanding 6-1 victory over Lehigh Carbon Community College. This landmark win marks a major accomplishment for the Bulldogs and underscores the growth and resilience of the program.
The match saw standout performances from Kimberly Guaman, who scored an impressive hat trick with goals in the 22nd, 29th, and 45th minutes, and Olly Arango, who contributed both defensively and offensively, adding a goal in the 64th minute and an assist. Bergen dominated possession, tallying 45 shots with 29 on target, compared to Lehigh Carbon's 3 shots.
