BATAVIA, NY… The Genesee Community College women's basketball team earned their second straight win Wednesday night, by defeating the Tompkins Cortland Community College Panthers 60-48 on Sophomore Night.
Jaelyn Morris scored 20 points, five rebounds and two assists. Madison Hughson scored 18 points. Kiara van der Jagt scored 10 points and collected 10 rebounds. Emmi Veras collected seven rebounds.
Prior to the game, Genesee took the time to honor sophomores Lexi Wolck and Desiree Zielinski and thank them for their dedication and commitment to the women's basketball program.
