Indian River Battles Hard but Falls to Ranger College

FORT MYERS, FL- Indian River State College (IRSC) fought hard but ultimately fell short in a high-scoring battle at the FSW Classicagainst Ranger College, losing 98-88 after a strong second-half push by the Rangers. The game began with intense back-and-forth action, keeping IRSC within striking distance. Despite strong individual performances and timely three-point shooting, the Pioneers struggled with consistency on both ends of the floor. At the halftime buzzer, IRSC trailed 49-39, facing an uphill battle to close the gap.

In the second half, the Pioneers demonstrated resilience, clawing back into the game. However, Ranger College capitalized on key turnovers and critical transition shots, extending their lead. While IRSC mounted several runs to keep the game competitive, the Rangers' offensive firepower and defensive pressure proved too much to overcome.

Player Stats:

Indian River will look to bounce back in their next game on December 5 against Time to Ball Academy.
