Haverhill, MA (December 3, 2024) – Freshman Rhaelyn Guttierrez (Methuen) dropped a career high 47 points on Tuesday nights as the Northern Essex Community College women's basketball team bounced back into the win column with a 99-51 win over NHTI. The win improves the Knights overall record 4-5 on the season. 

Mirelys Morales (Dracut) dropped in 22 points to go along with 14 rebounds for a double-double effort and was joined in double figures by Shaneley Henriquez (Lawrence) who tossed in a season best 17 of her own. 

Guttierrez added six steals and three assists to her stat line on the evening.

The Knights will return to the court on Thursday evening when they travel to Holyoke Community College to take on the Cougars at 6:00pm.
