Women's basketball won both of their games over the weekend in the Marshalltown Classic hosted by Marshalltown CC. Friday, NCMC bested Iowa Lakes CC 73-56 before downing the host 68-47 on Saturday. With the wins, the Lady Pirates are now 5-1 for the season with their next matchup coming on the road Wednesday against John Wood CC. Tip-off is set for 5:30pm in Quincy, IL.
