Colby falls to Dodge at home

COLBY, Kan. - In an exciting basketball showdown, Colby Community College (CC) falls to Dodge City Community College (CC) with a final score of 88-73. Moving their record to 11-11 in conference play. The Trojans shot 44.1% from the field as Gaius Meowuru M'Ella was the leading scorer with 23 points, proving to be a formidable presence in the paint. DJ Cason also delivered a strong performance, scoring 18 points with remarkable shooting accuracy, hitting four out of four from beyond the arc. Despite their efforts, Colby struggled to close the gap, hindered by Dodge City CC's efficient scoring and defensive strategies. 

The Trojans will look to regroup as they prepare for their upcoming games. Their next game will be at Barton Community College on Wednesday, February 26th at 7:30 PM.
