The Lakers continued their solid play by traveling to Ursuline College tonight to face OCCAC rival Bryant & Stratton. Lakeland used a solid defensive effort coupled with an efficient offense to take the game by a final of 86-63. With the win, the Lakers improved to 12-3 in conference play and 18-7 overall. The Lakers used a balanced scoring attack in the first half building a 42-33 lead at the break. Seven players scored while 6 different players connected on a 3-pointer in the first half. Devin Belle scored 13 points in the half while Eric Cook recorded 7 points before the break.  Adam Williams, Brandon Moore, and Kaleb Wanamaker each scored 5 points that included a three. The Lakers continued to control play in the second half as they sailed to the victory. 

Lakeland finished with 3 players scoring in double digits as Devin Belle led the way with 30 points. Eric Cook finished with 17 points while Brandon Moore added 10 points. Kaleb Wanamaker and Adam Williams each scored 8 points for the Lakers while Amarion Glenn chipped in 4 points in the win. Keenan Hughes also recorded a 3-pointer for Lakeland while Ben Hamilton collected a couple of points.

Next Up: The Lakers will conclude their regular season on Saturday (3/1) when they travel to Springfield, OH to play the Clark State Eagles in OCCAC action. Tip off is scheduled for 11:00 am.
