Victorious in first round action of the Region 23 Playoff, the Mississippi Delta Community College Lady Trojans defeated East Mississippi at J.T. Hall Coliseum on the Moorhead Campus.
The Lady Trojans, 19-6 overall, advance to the second round and will hit the road to face #4 seed Northeast. Game time to be determined.
