Men's Basketball Falls to Rockland

The Hudson Valley Community College men's basketball team was defeated at home on Tuesday night by Rockland.

Despite losing the Vikings had a good game. The Vikings were led by sophomores James Blake with 24 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists and Keyaton Parks with 17 points, 15 rebounds, and 4 blocks. Parks had an impressive game getting a double-double when matched against a tall roster from Rockland. Point Guard Nazier Carter also had a good game scoring 14 points with 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals while also bringing the ball up the court through Rocklands heavy press defense.

Looking forward the Vikings head to SUNY Broome on Sunday, December 15th and play at 3pm following the women's game.
