February 22, 2025 - The Kishwaukee College Mens Basketball team hosted #24 nationally ranked South Suburban on Saturday.  Behind some solid defense and teamwork Kish would only trail by three at halftime 33-30.  SSC was able to pull away in the second half on the way to a final score of 82-66. The Kougars were led by Keaudre Cooper and his 14 points along with Javon Brewer and Mekhi Lunford with 11 points each, Braxton Highbaugh with 9 and Quenton Edmonds-Long with 8 points.  It was also Sophomore Day for the Kougars as Kishwaukee Athletics held a special pre-game ceremony honoring the commitment and passion of nine of our sophomores Brayden Johnson, Keaudre Cooper, Jeremiah Welch, Javon Brewer, Braxton Highbaugh, Mekhi Lunford, Alan Eades, Connor Brown and Quenton Edmonds-Long for their time as part of Kougars Mens Basketball.  Thank you Brayden, Keudre, Jeremiah, Javion, Braxton, Mekhi, Alan, Connor and Quenton for being a part of the Kougars Family!
