DETROIT -- Closing the season at home, the Community Christian College Football team came up short in a 63-0 loss to the College of DuPage.
The Lions close the season 2-9 overall. The Chapparals improved to 10-1.
Chauncey Freeman was a stand-out player for the Lions all season, and he did not disappoint in this game, securing an interception for himself. He was a bright spot in a day where there weren't many.
The football team will head into offseason workouts, the next time you'll hear about them on-the-field will be in 2025. Thanks for your support of the Lions this season!
