The Cyclones held their own against Rock Valley College, but came up just short in the second half, falling 65-50 on the road.

The final score was not indicative of the closeness of this game. After a tight first quarter, the Cyclones took a 31-28 lead at halftime. Robin Stevenson held the Golden Eagles top scorer, and third leading scorer in the region, to just two points. However, several missed layups ultimately hurt Moraine Valley in the end.

Stevenson took control under the basket with 14 rebounds. Jadea Johnson led the offense with 17 points and added five steals. Shakila Brownlow contributed 12 points and grabbed eight rebounds.
