
Saints Fall to FSW
FSW made the trip to Gainesville for the final time of the regular season to take on the Saints.

Florida SouthWestern used early scoring and an early lead to knock off Santa Fe 75-56. The scoring and lead started from the tip for Florida SouthWestern as they scored 20 points in the opening quarter, while holding SF to just 11. In the second quarter the Saints started to pull back in early, but again FSW won the quarter 19-11. A 17-point lead into the half gave the Bucs all they needed. FSW scored 14 points in the third quarter, as SF outscored the Bucs by four in the quarter. In the fourth, Florida SouthWestern extended the lead and held on late to take home the road win.
Yanija Lawson led in the scoring column with 16 points. Lawson scored 10 of the 16 at the free throw line. Nakayla Green and Aniyah Anderson were also in double figures. Green had eleven points, making two triples. Anderson scored eight points from the field and two from the charity stripe.
The Saints are back in action Wednesday at St. Petersburg. Tip-off is schedule for 5:00 PM.
