Potomac State completed a dominant doubleheader sweep with an 8-0 win over CCBC Catonsville in Game 2. A balanced offensive attack and stellar pitching propelled the Catamounts to another impressive victory.
Potomac State came out strong in the first inning, taking advantage of a series of timely hits. Lindsay Mowry scored the first run on a fielder's choice by Braylee Corbin, followed by a double from Jamie Kelly that brought in Corbin. Skyla Compton added another RBI double, and Shaleigh Darlington capped off the big inning with a single that brought Compton home, giving Potomac State a commanding 4-0 lead.
