Pioneers Continues to Protect Homecourt

FORT PIERCE, FL- Indian River State College (IRSC) cruised to a 112-88 victory over Florida Memorial's JV team in a fast-paced, high-scoring matchup. IRSC built a commanding 63-45 lead at halftime, capitalizing on quick transitions and efficient shooting.
In the second half, The River continued to push the tempo, with their depth and defense proving too much for Florida Memorial to overcome. Despite a few runs from Florida Memorial, Indian River maintained control, extending their lead throughout the final minutes.
Player Highlights:
- Amari Williams led the game with his first triple-double of the season, scoring 26 points on 11-of-16 shooting, going 4-for-4 from the free-throw line, and adding 10 rebounds and 11 assists.
- Jeremiah Whitmore scored 21 points, with 7 rebounds and 2 assists.
- Mason Porter-Brown added 18 points, 5 rebounds, and 1 assist.
- Dylan Holt finished with 11 points and 12 rebounds.
The win boosts IRSC's record to 3-0 as they prepare to face North Florida Prep on Friday, November 8.
