Bears to face the LSUE Lady Bengals in Eunice

The Bears will continue their road swing down I10 on Saturday March 29, 2025, in Eunice against the LSUE Lady Bengals. 

The first pitch of the doubleheader will start at 12 pm at Lady Bengals Softball Field.

• Baton Rouge played a doubleheader at Bossier Parish on Wednesday March 26, 2025.  The Bears were swept by the Cavs by the final scores of 7-0 and 2-1.

• LSUE played Blinn College in a four-game series on March 21 and 22 in Eunice. The Lady Bengals defeated Blinn 3 times, winning 10-2 in five innings, 4-3 in 8 innings and 4-3. They lost once 4-2.

• LSUE leads the overall series record with 56 wins and 2 losses over Baton Rouge. 

• These two teams first met on March 2, 2012, when the LSUE Lady Bengals swept the Bears 8-0 and 6-2. 

• The last time these two teams met was April 17, 2024, in Baton Rouge. The Lady Bengals would sweep the Bears 5-4 and 8-3.
