FULTON, MS - Itawamba Community College came out on top in their matchup against Calhoun Community College with an 88-74 win.
The game started with both teams competing closely, but Itawamba quickly gained the upper hand. AJ Dent led the charge with 16 points and 9 rebounds, while Kam Clark contributed with 19 points, including 3 three-pointers. Their collective efforts allowed Itawamba to build a solid 43-38 lead by halftime.
Calhoun fought back after the break, but Itawamba's defense and efficient shooting kept them in control.
