Roadrunner Softball swept visiting Suffolk County College, 8-4 and 23-2 on Saturday, March 22. Sophomore Rylee Shappell led the way with 7 RBIs during the twinbill. The Runners improved to 8-4 overall.

In Game 1, Rylee collected a triple and three RBIs as RCSJ raced to a 6-2 lead and later held off a late rally by the Sharks. Sophomore Nayelis Sanchez also contributed two RBIs.
In Game 2, the Runners erupted for 8 runs in the first inning and 14 in the third inning to roll to the win. Shappell drove in four runs while Grace Gallagher and Coral Davidson chipped in with three RBIs apiece.
