Charlotte, NC - Sophomore Middle Blocker Madison Cobb was named to the NJCAA Division III All American Second Team for her performance this season. Cobb was an unstoppable force this year for the Lions as she garnered numerous player awards. She was named to the All Region XIX First Team, earned Garden State Athletic Conference Player of the Year, and was named the Region XIX Tournament's MVP. Cobb's dominance wasn't just in Region XIX play as she led the entire country in total kills with 434 and finished 5th in the country with 3.88 kills per set. The Delaware Valley High school product led the Lions to back to back NJCAA Division III National Tournament appearances after capturing back to back Region XIX Championships. Cobb is the first MB to be named to the NJCAA All-American team since Olivia Sims was honored with a Second Team nomination in 2022. Cobb's team finished 23-11 overall this season and 13-4 in Region XIX play.
