The CCC Women's Basketball team logged its first win of the 2024-25 season on Thursday night in York as the the Raiders defeated York University JV, 71-64.

The Raiders were able to jump on York early, winning the first quarter 18-9. CCC built a 40-27 halftime lead and cruised to victory. Delaney Reeg had the team-high points with 23. CCC's assist leader was Sylvia Valentino with six and Ajae McKimmey grabbed 12 rebounds.

Raider Women's Basketball moves to 1-3 and are back in action on Wednesday at Iowa Central Community College.
