The Sharks took control early, establishing a 53-39 halftime lead, and never looked back, outscoring their opponents 62-46 in the second half.
Leading the charge was Faheim Saintleger Meran, who posted a game-high 29 points on 12-of-20 shooting while adding 7 assists and 4 steals. Hassan Belkhaddar followed with 20 points and 6 rebounds, and Ernesto Rodriguez provided a spark off the bench with 13 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists. Randy Smith contributed across the board, tallying 10 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists.
The Sharks excelled in ball movement, amassing 29 assists as a team, with Jordan Cooke and Randy Smith combining for 11. Miami Dade shot a blistering 67.1% from the field, including 47.6% from beyond the arc, and dominated the boards with a 38-28 rebounding advantage. Their aggressive defense forced 24 turnovers and collected 17 steals, keeping Florida Coastal Prep on the back foot.
Despite the loss, Florida Coastal Prep had notable performances, with Noel Davis leading his team with 20 points and 4 assists. Jad Suleiman added 15 points, including three three-pointers, while Matej Nikolovski contributed 9 points and 2 rebounds.
