UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The Mott Community College men's basketball team held off Delta College for a road win on Wednesday night.
With the score tied with under 90 seconds remaining, Justin Mims hit a 3-pointer and the Bears edged the Pioneers 82-77. The victory moves Mott to 5-2 overall this season.
Mott Highlights:

Miles Beard led the Bears with 21 points, including four 3-pointers, adding five rebounds.

Kevin Tiggs Jr. added 16 points and 11 rebounds.

Kimari Barden also finished with a double-double, recording 15 points and 10 rebounds.

Teon Armstrong scored 13 points, hitting three 3-pointers.

Mims finished with eight points and three steals.

The Bears shot 28-of-67 from the field, 11-of-20 from deep, and 15-of-24 from the line.
