SENATOBIA --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs picked up their first MACCC win here Tuesday afternoon with a 62-57 over the Northwest Mississippi Community College Lady Rangers.
Holmes will play Southwest in Goodman Thursday.
Northwest led 27-22 at halftime before outscoring the Lady Rangers, 40-30, in the second half to pull out the win.
Kiara Shelly led the Lady Bulldogs with 14 points while Nevaeh Craft had 13 and Bella Roberts had 12. Amanda Walker, Satiya Johnson and Roberts each had five rebounds in the game.
