
With a road win over North Country Community College on Saturday, the Panthers men's basketball team has a five-game winning streak. The 88-74 final improves Tompkins Cortland to 5-1 overall and 5-0 in Region 3. North Country is 4-3 overall and 2-3 in region.
The Panthers had its most balanced scoring attack of the season, with 11 players getting in on the scoring. Javonte Long (Harlem/Clayton H.S.) led the way with 22 points. Kobe Nwosu (Spring Valley/North Rockland H.S.) and Marqiis Samuels (Long Island/The Patrick School) each had 13 points.
