Men's basketball falls to Oglethorpe JV, 92-72

Atlanta, Ga. - The Emory Oxford men's basketball team was defeated on the road 92-72 by Oglethorpe University JV.

Oglethorpe dominated the game from the beginning and led by 12 points at halftime. 

First-year Ved Desai led the Eagles in points with 19. He also had 12 rebounds. First-year Leo Etah also had a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds. Classmate Jason Kim had 18 points. Kim and Etah each had four assists.

Emory Oxford is now 5-7 this season. 

The Eagles next play on Wednesday, Jan. 8 at home against Summer Hill Prep. Game time is 4 p.m.
