
The Kansas City Kansas Community College men's basketball team fell to the North Central Missouri College, 86-71 Nov. 25 at North Central Missouri College in Trenton, Mo. Despite just trailing three points at half, 43-40, the Blue Devils were only able to score 31 points in the second half.
Pierce Ross came off the bench and scorded a team-high 16 points and 11 rebounds. That is his first double double on the season. Camron Williford tallied 14 points and had a team-high seven assists with five rebounds and three steals. BJ Stewart finished the game with 12 points, two rebounds and one assist. Israel Randle had nine points along with three rebounds and two assists. Darren McHenry scored all his eight points in the second half and brought down five rebounds.
For the game, the Blue Devils shot 26-71 from the field (36.6%), 8-28 from three-point range (28.6%) and 11-13 from the free-throw line (84.6%). The Pirates shot 32-57 from the field (56.1%), 10-28 from three-point range (35.7%) and 12-16 from the free-throw line (75%).
