
Cougars Secure Road Victory Over CSM Hawks
Frederick Community College Cougars men's basketball picked up 73-64 win over the College of Southern Maryland Hawks (2-25) in their last road contest of the regular season, improving to 11-13 on the season and 4-9 in Region 20 DII play. The Cougars took control early, leading 35-27 at halftime and maintaining their edge in the second half.
Kentavious Dancy delivered a standout performance with 31 points on 13-of-23 shooting, leading all scorers. Kylan Johnson played a key role with 10 points and eight assists, while Aiden Igwebe contributed eight points and eight rebounds. Julian Ludwig provided a spark off the bench with nine points.
The Cougars will close out the regular season at home on Saturday, March 1, against Chesapeake College at 2:00 PM.
