Men's basketball team rolls to win at home
The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team picked up another win at home on Tuesday night.
The Titans, who are now 5-1 and ranked No. 8 in the NJCAA Division I poll, defeated Florida Memorial Prep 114-51 as six Titans scored in double figures.
Eastern Florida State College got out to a fast start and led 58-20 at halftime behind Emondrek Erkins-Ford who had 11 of his 15 points in the first half. Teammate Corey Caulker had 10 of his 16 points in the half.
Wesley Isoje finished with a team-high 18 points which is a season high for the Atlanta, Georgia native. Gavin Murphy finished with 13 points while Fredy-Salam Sylla had 12 and Felipe Patino had 10 points.
The 114 points was a season high for the Titans who have scored over 100 points in two of the six games.
The men's basketball team will be back at home on Saturday afternoon against Prestige Worldwide at 3 p.m. Admission to games at Titan Field House is free and you can watch the game live online at the EFSC Titans YouTube page.
