
BLUE MOUNTAIN, Miss. – The Indians scored four goals in the second half as they picked up a 4-0 win over Blue Mountain Christian University JV on Tuesday.
After halftime, Roy Gonzalez (Oxford) netted the match's first goal followed by Elijah Belk's (Oxford) score on an assist from Luke Dearsley (Sydney, Australia). Later, Crosse Lindsay (Oxford) added a point on an assist from Vincent Walters (Hernando), and then Niclas Schulze (Hoersholm, Denmark) found ICC's fourth goal on an assist by Leander Breidenbruecker (Bizau, Austria).
Alfredo Guerra (Capaccio, Italy), Belk and Schulze each had two shots on goal in the match while Breidenbruecker, Gonzalez and Lindsay each added one. Keepers William Blake (Fulton) and Blakley Timbes (Corinth) each had a save.
The Indians (1-3, 0-0 MACCC) will be back in action, Sept. 13, when they face Enterprise State at Tupelo High School at 5 p.m.
