Dolphin Men Clinch #1 Seed in Region 10 Tournament with 83-75 Win at Wake Tech

In the final Region 10-Division One game of the season the 24-4 Brunswick CC Dolphins Men's Basketball team traveled to Raleigh, NC to play Wake Tech CC where they won 83-75. The game was back and forth in the early minutes but after that the Dolphins asserted themselves to take a 47-41 halftime lead. In the second half the home team made a run to tie the game however the Dolphins again made some key plays to determine the final score. The leading scorers for the Dolphins were Armani Henderson with 16 points followed by Derrick Green and Cam Oates respectively and Landon King with 11. For the remaining two games of the regular season the Dolphins will step out of conference to play two post grad academies on Saturday and Sunday at home. Both games will be at 3:00 pm. The Dolphins begin post season play in the semifinals of the Region 10-D1 / Atlantic District Tournament in Hickory, NC on the 14th as they received a bye in the quarterfinals for being the number one seeded team in the tournament.
