Carneys Point, NJ. - The Salem Community College men's basketball team picked up a Region 19 victory over RCSJ-Gloucester with five Mighty Oaks scoring in double figures. With the win the Mighty Oaks move to 19-7 on the season. 

Leading the way for Salem was Akeem Taylor with 18 points with Tyrese Fortune right behind him with 17.  Jyheim Spencer registered a double-double scoring 11 points and pulling down 10 rebounds.  Joshua Ramos added 11 points on the night shooting 3 for 7 from three point range.  Rounding out the Mighty Oaks scoring in double figures was Tamir Powell adding 14 points for Salem in the victory.

Up next for Salem is Harrisburg Area Community College. The Mighty Oaks will travel to HAAC Saturday February 8 for a 12:00PM tip off.
