WARRIORS ELIMINATED FROM POSTSEASON

Council Bluffs, IA – The Indian Hills Women's Soccer team saw its season come to a close on Sunday with a 2-0 loss to Lewis & Clark College (IL) in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) DI Women's Soccer Midwest District Tournament semifinal round. The Warriors close the year with a 12-6-0 record.

Lewis & Clark put home a goal in each half to pull away from Indian Hills and knock the Warriors out of the postseason tournament. Sophomore María Melendez (Aragua, Venezuela/Aragua Estudiantil) stopped six shots in the loss.

The Warriors fired 14 shots on the day, including six on target to go along with four corner kicks.
