November 21, 2024 - The Kishwaukee College Men's Basketball team hosted Rockford University JV Thursday night.  The Kougars sprinted out to a 12-0 lead in the early moments and a 39-21 advantage at halftime.  In the second half, Kishwaukee extended their lead with solid defense by Keaudre Cooper (6 steals) and Connor Brown (11 rebounds) to push the tempo causing 25 steals and 29 Regent turnovers on the way to an eventual 81-47 victory.  Double digit scoring by Alan Eades with 15 points, Elijah Luxton with 11 points and Brayden Johnson with 10 led Kish.  Sophomore Javion Brewer had 7 points while freshmen Aaron Gant dropped in 7 points, Carson Bahrey added 6 points and Griffin Cook tallied 3 steals and 3 rebounds.  The Kougars shot 42% from the field for the game to the Regents 33%.

Kishwaukee (4-2 overall) will travel to Madison College (WI) Saturday with tip-off at 3:00 pm
