Bethlehem, PA - The Brookdale Jersey Blues women's basketball team fought with fury to shut down the Northampton Community College Spartans, 65-58, to improve their overall record to 13-7.
Freshman forward, Jocelyn Jackson, was on fire to lead the Blues with 23 points. Sophomore guard, Ryann Bannerman, added to the fire with her 18 points, five steals and four assists as sophomore guard, Emily O'Keeffe, pitched in with 10 points. Notably, sophomore power forward, Madison Fernandez, was super powerful under the boards, pulling down 19 rebounds, her 271st on the year so far.
Brookdale heads to Toms River, NJ, next to confront the Ocean County College Vikings on Thursday, January 30th, at 5:00pm.
