Within roughly a week of their second meeting, the game got physical between Moraine Valley and Oakton College. Unfortunately, it didn't go the Cyclones' way this time, and they fell 71-66.

This game could have gone either way, and it did each quarter as each team traded leads. However, it was the 21-point fourth quarter for the Owls to the Cyclones' 13 that sealed the loss.

Jadea Johnson led with 23 points and 10 rebounds. Robin Stevenson added 16 points while Deniza Fuentes had 13 points and seven rebounds. Shakila Brownlow added 10 points and collected six steals.
