David Stroud hit the first shot of the game and the Erie men's basketball team never looked back enroute to a 107-53 victory over St. John Fisher JV.
The Kats were well rounded in their scoring with five players in double digits. Stroud and Emil Hernandez were tied with 16 each to lead the team. Julienn Clements followed the pair with 15 of his own points, while Negedu David-Maji and Michael Pierrelouis each had 10 points. Bright Ufele was the lead rebounder, grabbing 11.
Erie will travel to Monroe University this weekend for the Monroe University MLK Classic. Erie will face Monroe on Saturday and Howard Community College on Sunday.
