Jacks Drop Mon-Dak Opening Series

The Dakota College at Bottineau Softball Team dropped all four of their games to Miles City to open Mon-Dak Conference play.

9-0 loss

Jamaica Cheatham tailed the only hit in the contest for the Jacks, while Adyson Brady picked up a stolen base. Darcie Rae registered one strikeout in the circle for DCB.

16-1 loss

Emanuell Weber, Ava Flannery, Emma Rybchinski and Rae all picked up hits for the Jacks, Rae would later score DCB's only run of the game. On the basepaths Eveleana Parker, Flannery, and Rae all had steals. Zoe Romero had one strikeout in relief from the circle.

26-1 loss

Parker and Brady both picked up base hits in game three. Brady would snag another base and later score on a base hit by Rybchinski.

23-0 loss

Rybchinski was credited with DCB's lone hit in the series finale. Rae picked up another stolen base on the weekend. Cheatham struck out one Pioneer from the circle.

The Jacks are scheduled to play Williston State College on the road for a doubleheader on Wednesday. The first pitch is scheduled for 1:00p.m. Stay tuned to DCB athletics for any weather-related schedule changes.
