LIVONIA, Mich. - The Mott Community College men's basketball team pushed its win streak to eight games with a victory over Schoolcraft College on Wednesday in Livonia, Mich.
The Bears trailed by 12 points at the break, but took over in the second half, taking the lead with over 10 minutes to play. Mott built a nine-point lead heading into the final minutes and held off Schoolcraft for a 70-66 win.
The victory moves the Bears to 13-3 overall and 2-0 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference.

Kevin Tiggs Jr. led the Bears with 18 points.

Justin Mims scored 11 of his 13 points after the break, adding five rebounds.

Miles Beard added 13 points, including three 3-pointers.
