Newark, NJ - The Lady Wolverines took on Rowan College - Gloucester Thursday evening, falling 8-1. In a closely tight contest, the Wolverines managed to a goal by Ilana Lashley, before Rowan struck back with seven unanswered goals. Rowna would sneak one more in past the Wolverine defense before the game finished. Marie Telusma finished with seven saves in goal, while Tiffany Escobar also finished with an assist on Lashley's goal.
Sophomore Nisrine Taalba would leave the offense with one shot on goal, along with Ilana Lashley.
The Lady Wolverines (4-5-1) return to action Tuesday Oct. 22nd when they host DI NJCAA Harcum College at 4pm.
