Elgin, Ill. - The Elgin Community College men's basketball team picked up a huge triple overtime win against Prairie State on Thursday night.

The Spartans improve to 6-14 overall and 2-4 in Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC) play.

Xavior Gonzalez led the team with 45 points and 11 rebounds. Immanuel Brown registered four steals and Josiah Mayes recorded five assists.

Elgin is back on the road to face Oakton on Tuesday at 7:15 p.m.
