Florence-Darlington Technical College secured a hard-fought 5-4 victory over USC Sumter on Saturday at Dailey Field. Devin Mitchell's clutch two-run homer in the sixth inning proved to be the difference, helping the Stingers extend their winning streak to nine games and complete a perfect weekend series.

Mitchell led the offense with two hits, including the decisive home run, while Zack Hunt contributed three hits, including a double, and an RBI. Despite committing two errors, the Stingers remained composed and held off USC Sumter's late push.

Pitching was a team effort, with Jackson Mullen earning the win after allowing just one run over five innings while striking out two. Bryce Coulter set the tone with four scoreless innings, and FDTC's staff combined to limit USC Sumter to just five hits and two earned runs.
