Newark, DE. – Four players for the Salem Community College women's basketball team scored in double figures to help lift the Mighty Oaks to a Region 19 victory over Delaware Tech.

Nyaijah Jackson led the Mighty Oaks with 21 points while Maggie St.Clair kicked in 14.  Caroline Zullo went for 12 and Kathryn Laurence netted 10 as Salem won its third contest in a row.

The Mighty Oaks battled back and had a strong fourth quarter outscoring Del. Tech 22 to 11 in the final period to propel Salem to the win.  With the victory the Mighty Oaks move to 9-8 on the season.

Salem will be back in action when they will face off against Region 19 opponent Middlesex College Saturday January 25 at the DuPont Fieldhouse on the campus of SCC. Tip-off is slated for 12:00.
