Livonia, MI- It was a tough one on the road as the OCC women's basketball team were bested by No.13 Schoolcraft College 118-61. With the loss, the Owls drop to 7-10 on the season and 1-3 in conference play, as the Ocelots improve to 16-3 overall and 4-0 in the conference.
Freshman Madison Spanicciati led the way for the Owls with 15 points while shooting 7-15 from the floor. Sophomore Lizzy Liedel contributed with a double-double that consisted of 14 points and 11 rebounds.
The Owls will look to get back on track this weekend as they welcome in Macomb Community College on Saturday at 1pm.
