Decatur, MS-The East Central Community College Warriors secured an impressive 70-60 victory against Lawson State on Monday night at Brackeen-Wood Gymnasium. The home crowd was treated to a dominant second-half performance that propelled the Warriors to victory after a close opening half.

East Central held a narrow 27-24 lead at halftime, but they found their rhythm in the second half, outscoring Lawson State 43-36. The team showcased a balanced offensive attack, with Connor Rogers leading the charge with a game-high 18 points, shooting 7-for-16 from the field. Daniel Zatsepin followed closely with 15 points, while Tamarion Jones added 10 points, including a key three-pointer.
