
Harrisburg, PA – The Hawks Women's Volleyball team faced Hagerstown CC on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2024. The Hawks fell to the Hawks 3-1.
The HACC Hawks celebrated the dedication and achievements of the two sophomores before the start of the match. Camryn Heth and Emily Myers were recognized and thanked for their hard work and contributions to the volleyball program.
Match 1: HACC 1, Hagerstown 3 - Final
The Hagerstown Hawks dominated against HACC Hawks in each set of the match, taking the lead early and often. HACC battled back with a great team effort and began to close the gap in set three, ending 25-21 and moving the game into a fourth set. But with a late push from Hagerstown, HACC fell behind ending the fourth set 25-14. Hagerstown captured the win, 3-1.
Peyton Maass and Lezlie Nguyen were two offensive powerhouses for the Hawks. Maass recorded 10 kills, while Nguyen recorded 9 kills. Kelly Bastian was active with 16 digs. Camryn Heth tallied 31 assists for the Hawks offense.
