The SUNY Adirondack Timberwolves pulled off a dramatic comeback on the road, overcoming a 7-point deficit with under two minutes to play to secure a 76-73 victory over Jefferson Community College. The thrilling win extends Adirondack's streak to 8 straight victories, improving their overall record to 13-2.
Trailing late in the game, the Timberwolves capitalized on some crucial turnovers forced by their defense and stormed back to seize the lead. Jaylan Sammy delivered an electrifying performance in the final stretch, hitting 4 three-pointers, while Xavier Sanchez sealed the game with clutch free throws in the closing seconds.
Sammy led the team with 24 points, including 12 points in the decisive final minutes. Eugene Johnson and Jude Wilkins added 12 points each, providing key support in the comeback effort.
