
Florence-Darlington Technical College defeated Brunswick Community College 9-3 on Tuesday at Dailey Field.
Tanner Beckley led the offense, scoring three runs and hitting a solo home run. Zack Hunt added three RBIs, including a two-run homer in the seventh inning. Jake Little contributed with two runs and two stolen bases, while Landon Mowery tripled, stole home, and recorded two hits.
On the mound, Noah Cribb earned the win, pitching 2 1/3 scoreless innings with three strikeouts. Florence-Darlington's defense was sharp, turning multiple double plays and holding Brunswick scoreless in the final five innings. Brunswick struggled defensively, committing three errors.
The Stingers' well-rounded performance secured the win, demonstrating efficiency both at the plate and in the field.
